1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KipDo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KipDo is an AI-powered LinkedIn lead generation platform. The Service helps users discover leads, send connection requests, manage conversations on LinkedIn, and provide public appointment-booking pages.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each LinkedIn account may only be connected to one KipDo account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service and all applicable laws. You must not:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others or connect multiple LinkedIn accounts
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
- Exceed the daily action limits set by the platform
- Use public booking pages to collect unnecessary sensitive information or for abusive, deceptive, or unlawful scheduling
5. Data Collection & Usage
We collect data necessary to provide the Service, including your LinkedIn credentials (encrypted at rest), campaign configurations, lead information, conversation data, and appointment details submitted through booking pages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate connection messages, follow-up messages, and content drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.
7. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn on your account, including restrictions or bans. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
